sale is for an original vintage set of mcm house plans produced by ABC engineered homes of richmond california.  produced in house circa 1956. designed to be  purchased as a set of plans or a whole house kit, delivered to your building lot.  seven pages of plans measuring  roughly 17" by 24".  called the " Corralitos" it is a 2 bedroom 1 bath house  with 1060 ft sq.  it sold for 43 materials and plans delivered.  sold as is for decoration, but i suppose with the proper engineering one could build a house using these.  they have been folded for 60 years and will be shipped folded in an envelope. examine photos, ask questions, what you see is what you get no returns free shipping. this is another original copy of the same plans i had listed but sold. same plans, same price.
